Mythos Quotes

To the sorcerer who brings such a Mind under his Control, nothing is impossible, for he will be able to see into the farthest Lands of the World by means of that Mind's Eye, and shall be able to inflict upon his Enemies a Vengeance of such Type as will leave no slightest Mark, but shall cause them to expire with Fear and great Terrors.

It is on this Earth that Creatures lie. Aliens, that are worshipped as gods, have control over...other aliens. It is here, that an apocalyptic battle will take place. A war that will go on until Cthulhu knows when. And it is mighty Cthulhu who is at war.

Our story begins here, in the stages before the coming conflict. It is here, that shall be ravaged by relentless war.  It is here that one final victor be decided!

In the town of Innsmouth, creatures came forth from the sea. They were not unwelcomed, for all the human populace there would one day become them. That day was today. The deep ones went, and gathered up all the "humans". They brought them to the depths, where He turned them into full deep ones. Dagon, their lord, needed more for his army. He was beginning to revolt. He had had enough of Cthulhu and his ilk. He was breaking free. And before he could become a truly  seperate enitity, he must destory Cthulhu and his old ones. He had to act quickly, for his best chance, was to get Cthulhu, while in this house of R'lyeh Dead Cthulhu waits Dreaming.

Just then, Dagon heard noise in the town. He sent several Deep ones to investigate. Humans were burning down the town, throwing flaming bottles at the buildings, running cars into them, burning them down, doing all sorts of mischief. Then they began to attack the deep ones. Normally, the frog people would have been able to overpower the humans. but they were killed. The flaming bottles and guns, they couldn't stand. Except for one, who was captured alive. They dragged him off.

Dagon tried to contact Cthulhu and the Great Old Ones, but to no avail. He knew those were cultists that Cthulhu instructed attack them. He wanted to negotiate. Maybe Cthulhu would contact him. He decided to play it out. Meanwhile, he needed more troops, so he sent his boys to go get more "normal" humans. He could change them too.

The Deep one was tied up in a cage, and given to Cthulhu sacrifical style. Cthulhu got it, but had to think all of his questions. <Why did you cut your links with us?> <I will never tell you!> then the deep one cried out in pain as Cthulhu searched through its brain. He found all the answeres he needed. He then destroyed its brain.

Cthulhu contacted Dagon, and they talked. <Why are you revolting?> Cthulhu asked. <Becuase I've had enough of your ilk. I wish to become my own free race. The only way I can do that, is by destroying you. and your old ones! I need none of your protection! Weak Cthulhu, You do not know, how  much trouble you are in.> <Then, my slave, it is war.>
