Thanks to you, our users, Mythos Tomes has continued to grow. We have 264 members registered as of this post. We are getting a fairly heavy and increasing level of traffic on the site.

At this point, we are going to be implementing some new features. We ran a poll awhile back to get user feedback on what features you wanted, and I wanted to provide an update on the features, in the order you requested them. We need your feedback to make these updates happen!

1. Picture Gallery: This was the most requested feature, and we are working on it. What features would you like to see in a gallery? Should registered users be able to post images? What sort of images are you interested in?


2. Printable Wikinomicon: The Wikinomicon is a popular feature, and we are working on updating it. There will be a complete software update that we feel will improve the Wikinomicon dramatically.


3. Commenting Under Stories and Articles: This is fully working. Please comment, our writers enjoy getting feedback and it encourages them to write more!


4. Mythos-related News Section: This is ready to go, and we have been talking to a few Cthulhu Mythos writers to get a constant flow of news. When we can provide that, this section will open.


5. Private Messaging Between Users: We are waiting on a software update to launch this. We could have it working now, but we want to wait to ensure that it integrates well with the rest of the site, particularly the forum.

The following features are under consideration. LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK:

• An index of Cthulhu Mythos fiction from across the Internet, in which users can vote on their favorite stories. This would make it easy to find the best Mythos fiction, without having to spend hours combing through dozens or even hundreds of web sites.


• A dramatically new look for this site: We have already made many subtle changes in the look and feel of Mythos Tomes, but we think a total reworking of the site's look might make it easier to read. We are considering, among other things, going to a white background and larger font for stories, articles, etc. What do you think?


• A newsletter informing members of new updates to the site, which we feel might make the community more cohesive. If readers know when there are new stories and articles, they may comment on them more frequently.


• Right now, we have a partial library of HP Lovecraft's fictional works online. We are considering completing the collection, which will take our administrators time to do. This time might otherwise be spent improving other aspects of the web site. What do you, the users, think? How important is it to have Lovecraft's complete fictional works online at Mythos Tomes?
